passages
A collection that incorporates the Art Deco motif of the Manhattan collection, created by Catherine Mathon in 2007, and inspired by passages in Paris. It is written as the transition from one style to another, as the passage between two generations.
Launched in 2018, Passages, the first collection signed Aude Mathon, is part of the House style fundamental. An architectural collection, with geometric lines, which gives place to colour. A colour assumed and cut with the fluorescent lacquer of the Verdeau line; a colour with more subtle reflections of carved ornamental stones, reminiscent of the noble materials of the passage Vivienne. The Panoramas line offers a white work around a mother of pearl marquetry, which plays on the subtleties between the iridescence of the mother-of-pearl, the brilliance of the diamond and the sharpness of the rhodium-plated white gold.
