Delivery & Return

Delivery:

Unless longer production, processing, shipping and/or delivery times are required, ordered products are delivered within 3 weeks of receipt of your order. Upon its receipt, we will send you an email confirming the delivery time.

Returns and refunds:

You have 14 days after the delivery date to return your purchases to us.

For any return and refund request,
please contact us in writing at contact@mathon-paris.com
stating the reason for your request.

We will indicate the procedure to follow.
Please note that the product can only be returned if the Mathon ribbon sealed to your piece of jewellery is intact.

Exclusive services

Gift-wrapping

All Mathon Paris jewellery comes in a presentation box accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a Mathon Paris shopping bag. On request, we can gift wrap the presentation box.

Engraving your jewellery

The Maison offers free customised engraving of your piece of jewellery: a first name, initials, dates or a short message will make your jewellery unique.

Greeting cards

You can customise your gift by sending us your message, which will be written on a Mathon Paris card accompanying your purchase.
